We always aim to have the best prices available in our store. This is our guarantee to you!

If you (somehow) find another online store with a lower price than us please let us know, simply email us at gday@backyardbloke.com.au with a link to the same product on a competitor's website.

Once we have a chance to verify the pricing, we will match or beat the price you found. No questions asked!

Please note that the price must be the total price, that includes any shipping costs and taxes that may be charged by the comparison site.

Here's the Price Beat Guarantee guidelines:

1. Product must be like for like. We'll sometimes need to verify the SKU if we need to make sure the product is the same.
2. The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
3. The price must be the total price, including any shipping cost and taxes that may be charged on the competitors website.
4. Promotions such as rebates, clearance items or buy one - get one free are ineligible 

How do I request a price beat / match?

1. Email the product link, your shipping address, and a screenshot of the shipping estimate (displaying your shipping address) to gday@backyardbloke.com.au.

2. We'll see what we can do on the price, and get back to you either by phone or email as soon as possible.

3. Save! Once approved, we'll either offer you a price match, or even better, a price beat!
